Monday Night Gaming
Do I really have to post to remind everyone that gaming is on for tomorrow? No.
I want to. Also, just to mix this up, does anyone else get November 11th off? I've got the day free for bonus gaming, and if we can get a crowd then that would be a good time for a longer title, like 7 Ages or Here I Stand. (Not that I have anything against Endeavour or the other new Euros, but I just haven't laughed as someone's Civ gets destroyed by a Volcano, or burnt anyone at the stake in a long time).
In fact, tomorrow might be the time for a mid-length game ... perhaps Through the Ages belongs in the bag. And it's been a month (or more) since I've played BSG! (Those may not help with the meetup crowd, but if we get a lot of interest there will be multiple games...)

Man, I'd love to try 7 ages. I don't think I'm having the 11th off though.
I might be interested in TtA. Maybe. May be too long for my brain to handle on a weeknight.
Will definitively bring Dominion Seaside.
cannot make it as still in guatamala
We do not get the 11th as a holiday. I don't think at least. And even if we did, given my later month Dallas trip I would likely have to work.
But I will be there for a while tomorrow. The word count is doing well enough
I don't have the 11th off.
I'll be bringing all the claimed Clutter sale games to Dragon's Lair on Monday.
I can not make it and I do not get the 11th as a holliday.
Perhaps we should move planning posts to the Meetup Group? Otherwise it seems like double work to keep our planning synchronized... Just a thought...
Posts here though are so much better than the Meetup site. Pictures, random thoughts, etc. Personally, I like the discussion, pictures, and random stuff this blog allows. It's like social contact with my friends even when I can't game, and the Meetup thing looks a bit more...sterile.
I understand that if people RSVP in one place, then they're probably not going to want to go post somewhere else their plans as well. And I think the Meetup is a great idea for getting more people to show up. I just don't want to see this site become irrelevant. What happens is what happens, I guess.
No holiday for me on the 11th. Where I work, we lost most of the typical minor holidays in favor of an extended Christmas/New Years break.
DL on Monday...all signs point to yes, at least for a while.
Chris, that is my goal with the meetup site.... to find more gamers. I don't like it as a discussion medium.
Now that we've agreed on that, go and sign up. You are one of the last ones left.
Oh, and BTW, Amazon just shipped my copy of Dragon Age... Jon, there goes my free time for playing Space Hulk.
I think I'm done with any RPGs deeper than Diablo for a while. Speaking of which, Torchlight is awesome.
Still... I'm curious to hear your review of Dragon Age.
Oh Rob. I would love to play Seaside. I should be buying it tomorrow, assuming they still have my copy. but mine wont be sleeved yet. i am in the mood for some fun Euroy things. Or cards. Like Tichu. Or Mystery rummy.
Shoot, this MNF game is very intriguing to me. I think I'm out this week.
I'm in. I'm up for anything tonight, and I'll have Endeavor, Last Night On Earth (in honor of halloween), and Mr. Jack in tow.
I"m there, barring disaster. I still also need to jump on the meetup site. I really really want to play Planet Steam again... anyone? anyone?
I will happily play Rob's games all night (Planet Shaft, BattleTech, etc).
Hoping for another Chaos in the Old World game at one of these....
