Sat and a Big Game

I am hoping to play something big and epic this Saturday.

My first choice is a big game of Mare Nostrum, but I'd also love to try EastFront. I would also love a game of TI:3.

I have yet to try WotR, and I hear the first game or two are quite epic indeed.

I am available from about 8a to about 4p.

I can be talked into gaming, although I'm surprised nobody else has posted.

Steve and I committed to playing Hannibal on Saturday, plus Scott and I were talking about 1960. Combat Commander is still in the upper crust of brain, so that's a good choice too. Plus, I think by now it should go without saying that I'm up for TI:3. Yep, that's pretty much my wish list at the moment. Oh... C&C Ancients and Memoir Air Pack are in there too somewhere.

Mare Nostrum leaves tomorrow via Math Trade to go live in a new home where hopefully it will be loved.

Sorry to hear you don't like Mare Nostrum, Ben. I enjoyed it quite a bit, and I've been hoping to get it back to the table.

Combat Commander and the whole C&C series are both a blast, but not the epic game I'm looking for.

Hannibal must be played.

I'm sorry I missed Doom, as I want to compare it to Descent.

I've read the CnC Ancients Epic rules twice, and think they will be great.

Is it DL this Saturday?

On further thought, I guess I'd be ready for another try at TI3, too. But that would have to be the very first thing played in the early morning. Surely we'd be faster this time?

And then, time permitting, Ben and I could play Hannibal.
