Milleniumcon X
A definite longshot, but thought I'd check; will anyone be attending Mcon X up in Round Rock? It's on the 9th, 10th, and 11th of November, and more info is at milleniumcon.com
I expect that most are gearing up for Dallas the next weekend, but I think I saw a midnight session of Titan planned, and I know some are fond of that game.

None for me, thanks. Although if I had known about this months ago, I would have thought about going before I cancelled. Perhaps next year ... Austin is close enough.
Thanks for pointing it out Steve. I'd never heard of it. Austin is close enough to do day trip. I just looked through the list of games, and there's not much up my alley. Perhaps next year I could get BattleLore in the event...
I'll skip this year, but perhaps next year.

They have a nice approach in that they attempt to offer something for miniature gamers, board gamers, and role players alike. But it seems to best fit miniature wargamers.
If memory serves, I've been to 6 out of the previous 9, and it's always been fun. I'll put on my usual 2 games (this year is Crusaders vs. Ilkhanid Mongols), and use the flea market to sell armies that have sat for far too long, then convert the money into new gaming projects.
