In related news my missing unit of Goblin archers has arrived, safely packaged by the fine folks at Days of Wonder. In addition, they're now offering a free set of replacement dice as well. This is customer service at its finest.
What do you have to do to get the dice?

I have to say I'm pretty impressed w/ DoW.
Everyone makes mistakes. What separates people and companies is the way they handle them. There were complaints about figures and dice, and DoW posted an article on how to fix the minis and they are sending new dice. There were complaints about too many learning scenarios, and they added more official scenarios.
I say "Bravo!"
Three cheers for Days of Wonder!
And yes, we must get these to the table early and often!
