Rob and I got up a game of Hannibal:Rome v Carthage. You can read the full report over at BGG, since I'm lazy and I've already typed it up once. In other news ... ok, no other news really. I just pre-ordered Rock Band 3 (along with Pro Guitar and Keytar). That's my big purchase for the rest of the year, although I'll probably get a few more board games, too.Labels: hannibal

RB3... I'm ready to play.
Which pro guitar did you order? The madcatz multi-button one, or the Squire "real guitar" one?
Last I heard was that the Squier won't be out until January, so I'm waiting for that. For the love of God, don't buy a guitar with four thousand buttons on it.

I had originally ordered the MadCatz, but since the Squire won't be that much longer, I've decided to hold off and cancelled my pre-order madcatz.
I had to pick up a new drum set bc I had completely destroyed my RB1 set (pedal broke twice, red and yellow were missing a lot of notes even when I bought and replaced the drum head sensors, etc). The RB3 drum set is just a RB2 drum with the cymbals, but it works like a charm.
I guess I'll wait on the guitar then. The keyboard? Not excited to get that at all.
