More Washington's War

Round 2 of the WBC PBEM tournament for Washington's War. After my Turn 1 loss in Round 1, I'm comfortably bobbing around in the warm, shallow loser's end of the pool. This time I'm running the evil British forces. As you might surmise (if you've played this or Hannibal), my opponent is about to get a refresher on the political isolation rules... So far, this my favorite game of 2010, though I do have a fair amount of de-shrinking to do, and I'm hearing rumors of some game called Innovation taking the group by storm.
