Sunday Gaming (changed to noon)

For those who can fit it into their schedule, I'll open Casa de Chris at 11am EDIT: NOON Sunday (I got home early early Sun morn and I need to get some sleep and still take care of some errands). Michael is planning to bring RB2 for those who want to join in. Only caveat: at 7pm, the TV goes to the Dallas vs. Green Bay game. (People are welcome to stay and watch it if they want).

I was hoping since there was no gaming today there would be some on Sunday. :) I should be there about 1, 1:30 or so, i would imagine.

And Dallas vs Green Bay is tempting. it is hard to watch football when one does not have cable. We shall have to see.

I fly back to town at 1100 hours, but I think some Rule #1 time is mandatory.

Biggest difference (mentally) between marathon running and board gaming: board gaming doesn't normally make you feel like you're going to die (though there are exceptions, e.g., rolling 30 six-sided dice without obtaining a single six in WotR, for instance). Finished at 3:50... should have been 3:40, but hit the wall hard at mile 22. Still, it was my best time ever. Dayton has at least two major (i.e., bigger and better than Dragon's Lair) FLGS', but sadly board game night was last night. Today was a massive festival of some obscure game called Warhammer 40K.

There are still a couple hours to post stuff on the wargame-only math trade!

I've intensely disliked Michigan State since I had two of my best fake IDs confiscated and then watched our team get annihilated sophomore year. Today this feeling was nicely re-kindled. Its sad, because I'd normally like a team named the Spartans.

I can't wait to play Successors again.

My Here I Stand game is going well. I'm in a 4-way tie for first (in a six player game), so things should get interesting. Building a kill stack...

I'm resolved to master basic guitar/bass skills once the evil contractors give me back my inner sanctum back.

Okay, I think I'm suffering from post-marathon delirium, so signing off to go consume mass quantities.

there is an outside chance i can make it but the better bet is that I will not be able to
however if I don't make it tomorrow that makes my chances of attendance monday pretty good

Wow.

What a game.

I will be there at some point.

Wow.

Hopefully I will be able to sleep.

I have had no caffeine since like 6:50 but I'm wired anyway.

I've often said that exercise makes me feel alive, since I've never seen the dead gasping for breath and clutching their sides. And running is the worst.

My entire life has been based on trying to avoid running. I took swim team in HS, and plan my escapes on subterfuge, not speed.
