I can haz dice tower? aka. Monday Planning
Ben has the day off I think, and odds are hes not going to be completely sore right? I have a phone interview at 10am but things look pretty clear after that. So....
Whats the plan? Haloing? Galaxy racing or trucking? Heroing of guitars? Cashing and/or gunning?
Congratulations! ...and you didn't even have to sign the ND Fight Song. Darn! I probably won't get to the wood shop until around Thanksgiving, but, yes, I should be able to get you a dice tower pretty quickly.
I can meet at DL for gaming after your interview. Want to say noon?
Hooray, the marathon beast has been slain! Despite ridiculous heat for November, I was able to beat my personal record by about 15 minutes. The last 10K or so were more painful than having a hot poker placed into your nether regions (or so I imagine), but after the finish the orgy of mass consumption began, making me feel better. Life goal checked off! Now on to BGG.con!
Changing family plans have me downgraded from definite to 50/50 and I probably will not know for sure until the last moment so I will be there sometime between 5-5:30 or not.
Oh... what a hangover! My memory is a total blur after the first 15 games of Race for the Galaxy, but I vaguely remember Nixon winning the 1960 election late into the evening.

Sure, I'll give you a call if anything changes.

I just want to say that so far I am on pace for a life goal of never having to run a marathon.
And seeing as how roughly 1 out of 100,000 marathon entrants dies during the race (or soon after), I congratulate Ben on not being another statistic.
As for gaming, I'll probably be there around 6-ish.

I'm likely for this evening - there's some crazy work stuff going on, but assuming nothing else explodes, I'll be there at the usual...
I like the 'else.'
Well, I got in two games of Race For the Galaxy before "else" happened. Sigh. At least the con is coming up...
Session report for last night would not consist of a list of games played, but simply the number of times you played Race for the Galaxy.
Four, for me.
We also played a game of Galaxy Trucker, than we went back to Race.
