Mmm. Salty Earth.

I've owned most of the Card Driven Wargames ...

But I've never snagged a copy of the Grail of CDGs. That will change shortly ...

Actually, with all of the hype I'm somewhat worried that this can't live up to it. I've actually sold about half of the CDGs I've owned without ever playing them, and only played most of the others ~2-3 times each. (Of course, until I moved I didn't have any opponents).

Still, smells like a pre-order to me.

Great Caesar's Ghost! This is fantastic news. I'll be pre-ordering this sucker as soon as I'm able. To think I almost bought a copy for $150 a few months ago... Even accounting for the hype, I'm sure its a great game.

HOLY googly moogly batman! Where's my jaw.....

DITTO on the preorder. My only concern is that it could show its age in the face of the newer generation CDG's.

thanks for the link Brian.

Awesome! While CDGs do not turn my crank, I'm really glad for all you wargamer-types.

Based on the packaging of Die Macher, Valley Games is cleverly numbering each of their reprints Alea-style. H:RvC would be #3 and the OCD collector in me might have to pick up a copy just because.

For a tiny start-up company, Valley Games is doing some incredibly impressive things.
