It's All Mine! Simon-Con 10/21 & 11/4
Well, I got the house all to myself for the next whole month (!) and have decided to host on two Saturdays: the one right before Jeff's Mega Halloween Game Fest Day (tm) and the one right after. Since I value my sleep a little more than Jeff, the festivities will start a little before noon. Everyone is welcome to come and can stay as long as they can stand.
The main events for this Saturday's Mini Simon Con will be:
- Heroscape And My HS Civ Builder Homebrew
- Crokinole On My New, Sexy Board
- Possibly Beer Bottle Zendo (Drinking Won’t Be Required)
- Ye Olde Standard Euros
- Loopin’ Louie
- The Usual Party Game Gamut
- And Anything Anyone Else Brings (Except Scepter, Keep That At Home...)

And you call yourself a marketing major...
It looks like I'll be able to make it... at least for a few hours. Wife is working that day. So I can be there until she calls, or longer if I grow testicles. Seriously though, 3hrs or so.
I would play Heroscape, your Civ thing, the beer thing avec beer, BUT Loopin’ Louie and The Usual Party Game Gamut.... leave those at home.

My wife is working that day as well. So, like the testicularly-challenged Rob I'm pretty sure I can participate for a good half day or so.
I'm not a big party gamer either, but I have been wanting to try a 7 or 8 player game of Bang if we have the bodies.
I obviously will be trying to attend but I can't make any promises until we settle on some sort of car.
I'll be at work until 1pm, but can come after that.
Now Bang... been itching for that one for a while.
Ok, I'll give Louie some lovin'. Although I'd probalby still prefer Louis (as in xiv).
Is "a little before noon" like 11:57am?
Do you need us to bring anything? Cake or death?

Nah, it's cool. I'll provide all the refreshments needed and the maids will be by on Friday, so everything will be sparkly clean
I'm glad there's already such a good turnout, even if not for the whole timespan!
I'll email the directions to everyone tomorrow and get the start time set in stone.
As for gaming, the only thing I really want to get in is some Crokinole. For everything else, I am at the mercy of the guests.*

Thanks so much for hosting such a fun event. Perhaps I've just game deprived lately, but I had a total blast.
While at Simon's house I played Blue Moon City, Roma x 2, Hey That's My Fish, Crokinole, and LotR. Fatty shafted us, news at 11!
