I followed a little further and apparently blogger believes we may be a spam blog. So I requested a review that we are not indeed a spam blog.
I don't even eat the stuff.
It's interesting that it said it was locked, but still allowed you to post a thread.

Thanks for looking into it Michael. :) I think too many request review to unlocks would be odd.
I have officially requested the same. Review of my ulta-powerful administrator dashboard doesn't reflect any weirdness, thought the same dire threats from Google are there.
I have been getting weird requests over the past few weeks via the site's e-mail from an on-line bingo operator to monetize the site. All of these e-mails were directly deposited in the handy spam box, of course.
I'm thinking this is just a sign of our blog's popularity, with our large site traffic and readership triggering alarms at Internet Control.
It's probably those same people that hacked into my World of Warcraft account.
Or the Houston people mad at us for stealing Rob back.
Or Yehuda mad that Ben took his blog off our links to other blogs.
I think its the same people that revoked my admin rights a few months ago.
