Monday Planning and List Reminder!

I've got 10 lists for the SABG Top 50 Project. I'm sure that some of you still want to get in lists, but if you are going to need a significant amount of time let me know. Otherwise, I'm going to publish the results towards the end of this week.

And I'll be at DLair tomorrow to harangue the non-voters. I can't get there early, more's the shame, but undoubtedly some of you can, and you'll want to note that fact in the comments.

Finally, this monstrous math trade will still be open until Tuesday. (It's using the new MT software, which means it will take almost no time to run it, once all the want lists are in). At least three of us (Jeff, Jon and I) have put items on there, so even if you don't use the list, you may find something one of us has that you want.

Which reminds me, Jon, what would you want for Ingenious?

I'm pretty sure I saw some stuff from Sean on the trade list as well.

In fact, I think it was PitchCar.

Hmm, so the Rockies will play a 1 game playoff against the Padres tomorrow to see who is the NL wild card team. I'm not sure what time, but I might stick around to watch that some before I go to gaming.

indeed, pitchcar and kingmaker... I'm scouring my game closet to see if there's anything else I can throw in as well.

Thanks for the tip on the math trade. I'll check it out.

I should appear around 7PMish.

Hooray! A month of heavy gaming has begun!

I'll be there around 6pm. Priorities:

- Cards vs. Mets
- Blood Bowl?
- Whatever else is going on
- Avoiding Monday Night Football (I'm up 8, but my opponent still has Welker -- I'm screwed)

Well, at least he isn't going up against a completely porous defense or anything.

I guess I could play blood bowl depending on what else is going on.

The baseball game is at 6:30. I guess I'll just tivo it. Brian how not early is not early? I was thinking about showing up around 4 to get there before the traffic.

Baseball, definitely. Time to see if the '06 Mets collapse like the '07. I don't think I'd do a single game of BBowl, but when the league starts, I'm in.

I'll be there at 4-5, probably 4:30.

Tivo for Baseball.

The Mets are chokers at choking.

If you are going to have an all time historic collapse, at least have the decency to shoot for number one on this list.

Also, Jon said he should be able to show up around 6:30.

Actually, I did have the prescience to tape Sex and the City, but I still missed the 13th inning. Boourns.

I got home and (using the screen-in-screen guide) verified that baseball was still running at 11:35, so I taped from 11:30 to 1:30 as well.

So it came as a shock when the game ended (when it did), because I was still in the previous 'block.' I later discovered that they were still showing highlights. Yay guide! It still took me almost two hours to watch the game, skipping all commercials (and jumping 30 seconds forward a lot).

I left right after I found out about the sac fly. I didn't think I could stick around and keep everything bottled up so I had to err on the side of caution.

Cool! I actually posted the record breaking entry on the math trade, #1266. Now to find the 3 or 4 things on the list that I want...
