This place doesn't suck any more...
....mainly because it's close to Houston. I saw this on the Houston Chronicle yesterday. I bought tickets today as soon as they opened this morning. Check out the trailer video. Wait for it to download completely. Try to listen to it with decent speakers/headphones. Michael, Jon (?), Ben will recognize the theme song. VERY nice stuff.
If anyone is coming over, I'll have the guest room ready. : )

That was cool, but I had never heard of it. It made me want to fire up my MAME programe and play some Joust or Pong or something.
It's "Babu Yetu", the theme from Civ IV. Ben...why would you have it out of your head. Have you given up on FFHII already?
No way! I just enjoy the Cirque Soliel music from FFHII much better.
The next Civ IV expansion should be here very soon as well...
Holy crap was this thing amazing. The best performances came from the theme songs with the strongest vocals (coming from a choir of ~70).... CivIV, WoW, and Halo. Just listening to these songs as they are played live perfectly coordinated with the videos.....(insert jaw drop).
If they ever come to SA, or somewhere close, I highly highly recommend this.
By the way, I'm reinstalling Civ IV...
Incidentally, they have released FFH II version 0.23 with a huge related media pack download that will now have movies and an increased soundtrack. I'm downloading them now.
