Just another monday!

I'll be able to pull away from my latest BSW find. Barely. Actually, with a full week since my last gaming, I'm ready to go. Reasons you should go:

1) Will I bring Air Baron and Struggle of Empires, or have they been snubbed so brutally they dare not show up again?

2) What will the Mystery Game be?

3) It's our annual "Post-Essen" game day! None of us went, so everyone should be there.

4) Is everyone tired of bitching about Tanga? Or can we complain some more?

These questions and more will be answered...if you show up tomorrow!

(At some point, I'd be looking for one of those CDGs again. Sword of Rome, perhaps?)

I want to:

1. Play Rommel in the Desert at 5pm with Mark

2. PLAY STRUGGLE before all the copies are gone forever from funagain.com

3. Bitch some more about Tanga....who finally is selling a boardgame... that looks cool but is all in GERMAN.

4. Find out more about the image....

I can be there mid afternoon or even earlier (as early as 1pm depending if anyone else will be showing up that early), and can stay til late (finally). So even with Rommel at 5pm, I should be able to play lots more. Rommel shouldn't be more than 3hrs.

I'll be in Washington DC doing military stuff tomorrow and the rest of the week; then next week I'll be in middle of Colorado doing the same... too early for ski season unfortunately.

Hopefully by the time I return a stack of new games from Boulder Games will be waiting for me!

So, Rob, giving up on Shifting Sands already? I have to admit it really is time for them to put out living rules. The changes to the errata and faq are getting tough to follow.

Is this Die Saeulen Der Erde?

Ben, never! I still have nightmares of not making it to freaking Torch.

I just felt like trying out an old fav of mine that I haven't played much of. It's probably CG's best blockgame IMO.

To echo Jeff's words, where the hell is everyone? If anyone is showing up before 5pm, you know where to reach me.

BTW, Simon Con session report?

Thanks Brian for the heads up on Pillars. It's been added to my ever growing list of Essen "Notify me of new content" games.

Well, I lost my wargaming partner... he's got 'other things' in his mind right now. I'll let him share if he comes by the site.

So, if anyone is up for any of the already known wargames, I'm up for it. Give me a call. Of course, I could focus on Struggle just as well.
