Perhaps it can be best explained as someone stole my debit card number. ANd bought those ugly shoes with it. And then had them shipped to my apartment.
Try to return the shoes to the vendor. If that doesn't work, call your bank and state that you wish to do a debit card dispute. They'll block your card and issue you a new one. In any case, you should call the bank so they can block your card and issue you a new one.
They already did the blocking of the card and issuing a new one. And are sending me some legal paperwork. I just have to sit and wait for them to send it and give me back the money. But I will call the vendor Monday.

I am filing a police report tomorrow.
Have you contacted the vendor? They might keep ip data and if you can give that to the police that might help.
Of course if they are like Microsoft don't count on any help.
I will do that before I call the police. I just have to figure out which number to call. i think its the fraud number.... maybe..... we shall see.
That's really crumby, Tiffany. I am sorry that it happened to you. Good luck with that.
It wasn't me. I promise!
Glad to know that Ben. I would hate to think that you had suck bad taste in shoes---I mean that you had stolen my credit card information. :)
