Because the next best thing to gaming is....
.... buying games. Couldn't resist the Bouldergames TGIF deals. That plus a discount code I had dropped the price of Planet Steam to $80 (from $120). Oh, and picked up Endeavor for $21 (from $31... internet price). Thankfully, I should be back in the gaming scene after next week.

The rest of us humbly accept your offer to buy games so we don't have to. Thanks, Doc!
Well somebody has to do it. It seems that first Rock Band, then BSG, babies, work and general burnout/'jadedness' have significantly reduced the flux of new euros for SABG.... and people to play them for that matter.
Sniff... hope to not have to solo Planet Steam. If I do, BGG.con resale baby!
After taking a quick look at the rules, I'm definitely buying Richard III.
Any recommendations on the best places to check for most reasonable price+shipping?
I almost bought steam myself, so I'm certainly willing to try it.
Steve: It looks like Boulder Games and Boards and Bits (the 2 I get my stuff usually from) have it for about the same price.
Brian: Cool. So we have to play it plenty before BGGcon, so I can sell it at close to the original price.... buy low, sell high... that's what the game is about after all.
(jk of course)
I'm definitely in for a copy of Richard III as well if someone wants to make a group order.
Thank goodness someone got Planet Steam. I know I'm never owning this, but I'd love to play it at least once just to say "I played that!" (and to say "Why is this a $100 game?") Rob, if we get to play this then you get the official "I took one for the team" award.
