Since we, as a group, have played Vinci a few times in the past months I wondered if you guys had seen this

It is a vinci reimplementation -- fantasy style.

Definitely on my want list. I'm a big fan of Vinci.

Read the Android rules this evening. I can't wait to play. Sort of a cross between Blade Runner and Arkham Horror.

Yeah, I'll probably get this one, too. I like Vinci, and DOW generally puts a lot of polish on their games, so it should be enjoyable.

I haven't played Arkham yet. I still haven't decided how much I want to. All those expansions.... it looks like more than I am willing to take on. But I could be wrong. It might be fun.

And Vinci isn't a bad game. The one time I played it wasn't bad. I would play again. Decent little area control/civ type game. This games looks interesting enough to play ;) And the bits do look shiny and polished.

Yet another reason to part with Vinci....

I just bought Rob's 2nd Edition copy of Vinci.

Anyone want to make an offer on my 1st edition? Special SABG discount...

Android is still only one board and relatively compact compared to Arkham's current full glory. I'm certain Mars will be added as an expansion to Android soon, but current the game just includes New Angeles and the Moon on a single board.... oh, and there's a little cyberspace mini board built into the main board as well.

Only six detectives and five murder cases (aka Arkham Old Ones) are currently including in the Android base set.

So... not quite as over the top as Arkham, but, this is Kevin Wilson we're talking about here, so I expect the full flourish of game pimping over the next couple of years.

Vinci, Vinci with a fantasy spin, and Android all interest me but as my gaming will likely be limited to Monday nights for a while unless they show up along with the appropriate number of folks at the beginning of Monday gaming it does not look likely I will actually be able to enjoy any of them for a while.
