Steam findings....

If you like what I call Games for the energy-drink generation, I recommend getting Beat Hazard from Steam.

Download the demo. Try it with a few "high-powered" songs (techno/trance/electronica seems to work best). Play in a dark room using a good set of speakers or better yet, headphones. Call me to remind you to buy the game, after you have recovered from your seizure.

It's Geometry Wars (xbox arcade) meets Audiosurf (steam). Works best w an xbox controller.

Been having fun w Starcraft 2. Also mechwarrior 4 was finally released as a free download, but due to the overwhelming demand, they are having server issues. Once i get it, who wants to brawl?

I'm still waiting for a proper SABG SC2 throwdown. I'm ready for MW4: Mercenaries as soon as the servers return to life.

So eventhought Mektek, where u can download mechwarrior 4 free, is down, there is still a way to get the file apparently. I'll try it later today.

I'm having 3d card issues with MW4. It seems to only run on software rendering, not on actual 3d....
